These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to all Sellers, Buyers, and visitors accessing the Platza platform (“we”, “our”, “us”, “Platza”, the “Platform”, or the “Site”).

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By using the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Your access, registration, or participation constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility for Membership

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent. If registering as a business, you must have authority to bind the entity and comply with all applicable laws.

Your Account and Registration Obligations

• Sellers must sign the Marketplace Agreement.
• Provide accurate contact and identity information.
• Keep credentials confidential and notify Platza of unauthorized use.
• Refrain from using other users’ accounts or sharing personal contact details.

Listing and Selling Products

Products must be accurately described, legally owned, and listed in the correct category. Misleading listings and offline solicitation are prohibited. Violations may result in account termination.

Prohibited Activities and Content

• Posting false, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
• Uploading viruses or spamming.
• Engaging in unethical or illegal transactions.

Perfume Listings Policy

Testers, mislabeled items, or any perfume marked “Not for Sale” are prohibited. Violations may lead to listing removal and account suspension.

Selling Conduct

• Do not manipulate listings, feedback, or payment structures.
• Personal data should be used only for related transactions.
• Avoid any activity that undermines buyer confidence or site integrity.

Prohibited Products

• Weapons, drugs, animals, counterfeit goods, medical items, and others prohibited by law or Platza policy.

Buyer Protection

Refunds are available for undelivered or significantly misrepresented products. Complaints must be filed within 7 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

• Buyers have 7 business days to request returns.
• Returns must be in original condition and not include excluded categories (e.g., lingerie, beauty products).
• Cash/card returns are processed based on original payment method.

Electronic Communications

By using Platza, you agree to receive emails and electronic messages, including promotional ones (opt-out is available).

Fees and Services

Membership is free, but transaction and listing fees apply. Platza may update fees at any time and deduct dues from collected funds.

Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Platza or its licensors and is protected under copyright and trademark laws.

User Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data is processed per Platza’s Privacy Policy. Users must not misuse or disclose others’ information.

Use of the Site

• Do not harm, overload, or hack the Site.
• Do not copy or redistribute content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Platza is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum cumulative liability is capped at USD 1,000.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Platza from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Force Majeure

Platza is not responsible for events beyond its control such as cyberattacks, outages, or acts of God.

Termination

Platza may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without notice. Users remain liable for obligations prior to termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Disputes are subject to Lebanese courts.

Amendments

Platza may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or email.
